Rachel Harris of StriveX in the UK states that they pay 10% above market for staff, invest a lot into staff well being and create content for potential future staff on social media.
According to Rachel, this actually saves StriveX money in the long term by not having to pay recruitment fees, by enjoying a lower staff turnover and higher retention and by having some clients join StriveX specifically because they treat their staff so well.
