Gary Carter was an Associate Director of the Carlson School of Mangaement’s Master of Business Taxation Program in Minnesota until 2010 and is the principal of GW Carter Ltd. With a PhD from the University of Texas, Gary regularly advises non-US clients on US tax issues.
