Astrid Rivalland is a Practice Leader in LegalVision’s Corporate and Commercial team. She specialises in providing general commercial and regulatory advice to in-house legal teams concerning commercial agreements. Astrid has particular experience in commercial contracts, health and NDIS law. She is also strongly interested in the NDIS and advises providers and participants.
Helen Young is LegalVision’s Tax Practice Leader. She has expertise in tax-effective structures for corporations, start-ups, SMEs, and individuals with high net wealth. She focuses on asset protection, estate planning, employee share plans, international expansion and structures, capital gains tax concessions and rollovers, R&D and ESIC concessions and business-related tax issues.
